All publications orders are produced on demand and need 3-4 business days for manufacturing in addition to shipping transit time. Please note, if you purchased an expedited shipping option this only affects the shipping transit time and not the manufacturing process. To track your order, use the Order Search link at the bottom of the homepage in the Store section or call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-522-7448.
The billing address and zip code on your order must match the billing address and zip code for the credit card being used. If you are still having issues, call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-522-7448.
You can find the status of an order or your order history by using the Order Search link at the bottom of the home page in the Store Section. You will need your order number and email address to view orders. To view order details, click on the order number link. To view shipping status, click on the tracking number link to be routed to the shipping carrier's website.
